Nichole Upshaw Executive Vice President of Human Resources Nichole Upshaw, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, joined Jushi in June of 2019 before the company had operating locations. During her time at Jushi the employee count has grown from 50 to over 1200, they have successfully completed acquisitions in 8 states and opened or took over operations of 26 dispensaries, 4 grower-processors, 1 cultivation facility and 1 processing facility. Nichole joined the cannabis industry after 14 years in Human Resources at a convenience retailer and brings extensive experience in retail management, fast-paced growth, scaling processes and most importantly creating an authentic culture from the ground up. The scrappy nature of this emerging industry attracted Nichole to cannabis. It requires resilience, hard work, a can-do attitude, creativity, and an open mind, all things she values.
