Erin combines her experience from leadership roles in law, cannabis, government, and technology with her drive to further a variety of initiatives in the cannabis industry. She founded the cannabis consulting company Atrispek to provide services that help companies and brands enter the cannabis industry and go-to-market compliantly. Her cannabis experience extends many aspects of the industry including law, licensing, compliance, sourcing and supply chain, branding, marketing, and business expansion strategies. She is committed to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in cannabis, as well as supporting social equity license holders with operations, while promoting legalization and normalization of cannabis through her advocacy. Her previous roles in cannabis include being Vice President of a licensed cannabis company, and Chief Operating Officer of a technology company in the cannabis industry.
Erin also founded the company "enishen" which is a cannabis brand going to market that is devoted to giving back to social justice non profit organizations. She founded enishen because of her passion for shining a light on social justice issues. She recognized the devastating social impact of the criminal justice system’s unfair treatment of marijuana offenders during her decade-long career as a prosecutor in federal and state courts. She became committed to the cannabis industry’s legalization movement and to give back to communities impacted by the so-called “War on Drugs.”
Erin is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania state bars and holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Rutgers University. She serves as the Vice Chair of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s State Regulations Committee, and is a member of the International Cannabis Association and Minority Cannabis Business Association.
