Tandem Food LLC founder and CEO, Ellice Ogle, has 10+ years of experience in working closely with clients, customizing programs to their needs. Ellice obtained her B.S. Chemistry from The University of Texas, Austin and her M.S. Agriculture, specialization Dairy Products Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Ellice is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified.
Ellice has applied her chemistry education to food chemistry, structure, and function, food safety, and food processing and technology. Her industry experience includes SCS Global Services, Sun Basket, Nestle Ice Cream Research & Development, Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates, and Dierberg & Star Lane Vineyard. Overall, Ellice launched Tandem Food LLC with a single vision: to make food safety practices relevant, simple, and engaging for all.
