DANNY ZLATNIK, ESQ.
Attorney - Rogoway Law Group
Danny was admitted to the California bar in 2008. Prior to joining RLG, Danny practiced commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property disputes, including trademark, trade secret, utility and design patent cases. He has also represented clients in contract, business tort, antitrust, defamation, and unfair competition matters. Danny has worked on multiple trials, including helping Apple Inc. win one of the largest-ever patent verdicts in Apple v. Samsung, in which Apple accused Samsung of copying the iPhone and iPad designs.
Danny earned his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law. At Rogoway Law, Danny guides clients on a broad array of intellectual property issues, including protection and registration of trademarks, trade secret protection, and licensing agreements. Danny also works with clients on their branding strategy—including which trademarks to establish and how to refine marketing materials—to help maximize the value of their brands while reducing the risk of costly infringement allegations. In the event of a dispute concerning any intellectual property asset, Danny draws on years of litigation experience to zealously enforce clients’ intellectual property rights and defend clients against infringement claims.
