DAMIAN SOLOMON



Damian has acquired sixteen-plus years’ experience working in large-scale commercial grow environments. He graduated from the University of Arizona’s College of Agriculture with a degree in plant sciences and crop production. His expertise encompasses large, Dutch-style greenhouses for the purpose of bio-conventional systems, as well as various modes of plant nutrition, irrigation, and fertilization systems. Damian’s expansive work has focused on high density, high output cropping systems, plant genetics, breeding, and seed production, including sales and marketing of the final products. Since 2014, Damian has applied his horticultural expertise to the marijuana industry, blending the art of growing with applied technology to achieve optimized results. His knowledge of plant growth is indispensable to the current marijuana  industry. In 2015, Damian was recognized by University of Arizona’s College of Agriculture and awarded the CEAC Mission Award for outstanding leadership and exemplary service in Controlled Environment Agriculture.
