Carole’s experience is grounded in business operations and she has consistently worked with start-ups and organizations undergoing explosive growth. She has extensive experience in recruiting, training and facilitation, employee relations, negotiation and conflict resolution, talent management, leadership development and succession planning. She has a Master’s in HR specializing in Organizational Leadership and successfully applies and shares her knowledge in the latest trends affecting HR and business today. She serves on the Board of Directors for Mile High Society for Human Resource Management.
