Bryna Dahlin is General Counsel for CannaRegs, Ltd., which provides its subscribers with an intuitive, easy-to-navigate online database of all cannabis laws and regulations. Prior to joining CannaRegs, she was a partner at the law firm of Winston & Strawn, where she handled a wide variety of complex business disputes for Fortune 500 clients in the banking, agribusiness, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Over a 15-year career, Bryna developed a particular expertise in advising directors and officers of large corporations on their legal duties, as well as corporate compliance with federal regulations and best practices. In 2013, she was recognized by the National Law Journal as one of Chicago’s 40 attorneys under 40. Bryna received a B.S. in Journalism from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the same institution.
