Ricky G. Bennett leads the operations and compliance division of Blue Line Protection Group. Mr. Bennett’s area of expertise include workplace misconduct investigations, sexual harassment, harassment, and discrimination in a myriad of employment settings. Mr. Bennett is a recognized subject expert in matters of workplace misconduct to include substance abuse, theft and workplace violence investigations. Mr. Bennett has been trained in risk and violence assessment with the United States Secret Service. As a past CEO of a large law enforcement organization, Mr. Bennett is adept at analyzing corporate policies and developing preventative solutions to strengthen internal controls in the workplace. Prior to joining Blue Line Protection Group, Mr. Bennett served as Vice President of Professional Services at Convercent and as Chief of Police for the City of Aurora, Colorado. He has over 30 years of experience in the Criminal Justice field. During his tenure as Chief of Police, Mr. Bennett managed various investigative units and was responsible for setting agency policy, managing internal investigations and determining corrective actions resulting in disciplinary actions. Mr. Bennett has extensive experience in implementing workplace trainings, policy and protocol development in organizations across all industry sectors.
