HOW LONG ARE FULL DAY WORKSHOPS?

Full day workshops will be held pre-summit on June 12 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

HOW LONG ARE HALF DAY WORKSHOPS?

Half day workshops will be held pre-summit on June 12. The morning half day workshop will go from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The afternoon half day workshop will go from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

WHEN ARE TOURS HELD?

Tours will take place pre-summit on June 12. Each tour will last 90 minutes and will take place three times a day: Morning (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM), Early Afternoon (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM), Late Afternoon (3:30 PM - 5:00 PM)

IF I PURCHASE A FULL DAY WORKSHOP AM I ALSO ABLE TO ATTEND A TOUR?

Yes, attendees of full day workshops, held 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM are permitted to leave the workshop about 30 minutes early if they have purchased a late afternoon tour from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

DO WE GET ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR SENDING A GROUP FROM OUR COMPANY?

I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I SEND MY COLLEAGUE?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to your lucky colleague. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible, otherwise they’ll be wondering why their name badge has your name on it.

I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.
You should receive a confirmation receipt from registration@gsmiweb.com immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO SPEAKER SLIDES DURING THE EVENT?
Yes. Not all sessions prepare PPT but for those that do, we be emailing a bitly link to you during the event so you can download the presentations slides in a PDF format. Don’t worry, we have several staff on-site that can answer any questions about any problems accessing conference materials online.

SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES & EXPERT CALLING NETWORK
NCIA members may apply to present at any of the association’s national conferences or Quarterly Cannabis Caucuses. Members may also apply to participate in NCIA’s Expert Calling Network, which allows members to list themselves online and be paid by the hour for consulting calls. NCIA members looking to access experts in the network receive a discount on call fees.
